Two-stage training of muscles

So this was two-stage training, now a single-phase:

Here we have one hand full training days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri), partial training (Wed and Sat) and off (No).

Full and partial training workout:

• After waking up: 500mg L-Carnation, 1tbl Ripped Fuel, multivitamin

• Noon: Selznick

• 30 minutes before your workout: 500mg L-Cantina, 1tbl Ripped Fuel, 100mg vitamin C

• After training: Selznick  , read more

• The evening before bed: 2000mg Glutamine

Days off:

• After waking up: 500mg L-Carnations, 1tbl Ripped Fuel, multivitamin

• Noon: Slink

• Afternoon: 500mg L-Crinite, 1tbl Ripped Fuel, 100mg vitamin C

• Before bed: 2000mg Glutamine A supplementation is over. In the next article we will talk something about
food, about how they should look and try to do a few specific diets. Today I would but still at the end of a moment considered the idea of drinking mode, because this here will be extremely important.
