Multiple Pregnancy Precautions - The complexity of multiple pregnancies requires special attention to safety precautions:

•    Pass more careful observation by a doctor: after 20 weeks - visit every 2 weeks, with 30 weeks - every week; may need additional counseling by specialists;

•    Need more frequent diagnosis - Ultrasound: to determine the maturity of the placenta, the size and location of the fruit, the volume of amniotic fluid;

•    You must undergo clinical analyzes of blood, urine;

•    Due to increased risk of anemia requires improving the usefulness of food, rich in iron, protein, vitamins, especially in the second trimester;

•    May be a need for early prevention of placental insufficiency;

•    Pregnant with multiple pregnancy need additional time to rest;

•    Physical activity, consistent with the doctor, even when multiple pregnancies is beneficial: water aerobics for pregnant women will more freely engage your body without feeling increased weight, comfortable in the classroom and yoga for pregnant women.

Ectopic pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy, extrauterine Latin graviditas or GEU, colloquially means the implantation of fetal eggs outside the optimal localization, i.e. outside the uterine cavity. It occurs in about 2-4% of all pregnancies based, more often in women after myocardial inflammation adnexa (ovaries) or ectopic pregnancy. The cause of it is mostly unclear, however, and in many cases does not correlate or other anatomical abnormalities in the pelvis.
