Strengthen the body

According appearance to anybody not evaluate. It is better for me when exercising, but only because they understand more and then we have a similar lifestyle. I'm sure I do not need to have a guy with the tray of cakes on her stomach when I have nothing else to offer.

What do most people who come to you with the fact that they want to lose weight or to strengthen the body?

The big problem is food, many people eat poorly and unbalanced, missing some ingredients. Another problem is that they generally eat more than necessary, and mainly irregularly.
